We agree a test protocol and success criteria, select and rent an AgiBot A2 Ultra or G2, prepare the robot and run the task on site.

Protocol and success criteria

Bound the task, variants, environment, measurements and the evidence required for a go/no-go conclusion.

Robot preparation and dry run

Select the appropriate AgiBot A2 Ultra or G2, arrange rental and prepare the test before arriving on site.

Teleoperated execution first

Test the task physically with a human operator before adding scripted behavior or an AI model.

Conditional autonomy experiment

A simple scripted or VLA-assisted experiment is attempted only where teleoperation establishes basic physical feasibility.

The result is a decision package—not a staged demo.

70% pilot credit: 70% of the Hardware-Fit-Test professional-service fee is credited toward a subsequent production pilot. Rental, transport, insurance, tooling and other pass-through costs are excluded.
