For manufacturers willing in principle to publish the findings together as a named case study after the project.

  • Full assessment for humanoid robotics
  • Willingness to take part in a named case study
  • Each publication requires your separate approval

A positive review is explicitly not a condition.

Apply as a case study partner

What does being a case study partner mean?

After the assessment, we ask for honest feedback and, if the project is suitable, would like to create a short, named case study together. You retain approval over company name, logo, quotes, images and content at all times. There is no obligation to make a positive statement.

Internal discussions may still be pending when you apply. If you only want to participate anonymously, please choose the €990 option.

You retain approval: company names, logos, images and statements are published only after separate agreement and permission. A positive review is not a condition.

Credit: commission a Hardware-Fit-Test within 60 days of the assessment and we credit the anniversary price you paid towards our Professional fee. Travel, rental, transport, insurance, tooling and other pass-through costs are excluded.

What you take away

A concrete basis for deciding on your first humanoid robot.

Suitable tasks for humanoids

We review your existing processes and identify tasks where a humanoid robot could make technical and economic sense, including which tasks we would not pursue.

A suitable humanoid robot

A recommendation for a suitable humanoid platform, including requirements for grippers, the working environment, safety and machine interfaces.

Business case & practical test

We develop initial assumptions about effort and economics and define the next hardware test at your factory for a suitable task.

The assessment includes preparation, one agreed day on site and the project proposal. Robot hardware, practical hardware tests, further on-site days and formal risk assessments are agreed separately.

What the result looks like

Your result after the assessment.

A written project proposal makes the next decision tangible: which task to pursue, which humanoid to use and what the practical test needs to establish.

The actual assessment is based on your processes. “No suitable application at present” is also a possible outcome.

Why we are doing this

Humanoid robots need to prove themselves in real factories.

For our third anniversary, we want to explore with ten manufacturers where humanoid robots could be useful today, and where they are not yet suitable. We review real brownfield processes on site and develop concrete next tests. The findings help you make investment decisions and help us make real humanoid applications visible. That is why we offer these assessments well below our regular price. From selected projects, we develop joint case studies after your approval.

Is the programme right for you?

  • You operate a production site in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
  • You have manual tasks in an environment designed for people: at workbenches, shelves, containers or machines.
  • You want to find out whether a humanoid robot could automate these tasks.
  • If a suitable application is identified, you are willing to consider a hardware test or pilot internally.
Apply for an anniversary place

From application to project proposal.

  1. Apply and meet

Describe your site, goal and project stage. We review the fit and discuss your plans in a short conversation.

  2. Visit your factory

Once you commission the assessment, we prepare the agreed on-site day and review the processes with your team.

  3. Make an informed decision

We discuss the written proposal. If a task is suitable for a humanoid, we can plan a Hardware-Fit-Test at your request.

Your anniversary place

Let’s get to know your factory.

Tell us which manual tasks you would like to review and where you stand with humanoid robotics. A defined application or completed business case is not required.

We will select 10 suitable production sites in total. Applying does not place an order or grant permission to publish.

Your application

All visible fields are required.

You do not need a specific use case yet. Identifying one is part of the assessment. 2–3 sentences about your production area and goal are enough.

The €590 partner price requires willingness to take part in a named case study. Anonymous participation or no publication: €990. Every publication requires separate approval.

We review your application and reply personally within 2 business days. Both sides then decide whether the anniversary programme is a good fit.

Any questions?

Do we need a specific use case already?

No. A production area and a goal are enough to apply. The assessment helps identify and prioritise tasks for humanoid robots. It can also show that no suitable application exists at present.

What do we commit to as a case study partner?

You are willing in principle to take part in a named case study. After the assessment, we discuss honest feedback and a joint case study. Internal discussions may still be pending when you apply. Company name, logo, images, quotes and content are published only after separate approval. A positive statement is not a condition. For anonymous participation only, choose the €990 option.

How are the ten places allocated?

We select based on the production environment, interest in humanoid robotics and project fit. We reply personally within 2 business days. Applying is non-binding and does not reserve a place. You receive written terms and scope before commissioning the assessment.

Is a robot included in the on-site day?

The day is for assessing and planning humanoid robot applications. Practical trials with a humanoid are part of a separately commissioned Hardware-Fit-Test. The outcome is open: if we find no suitable task, we document that too.

Do we have to commission a test or pilot afterwards?

No. You decide on the next step using the findings. For a Hardware-Fit-Test commissioned within 60 days of the assessment, the €590 or €990 you paid is credited towards our Professional fee; pass-through costs are excluded.
